Highly respected trainer and former British champion known for guiding Team GB and world-class professionals to elite success.
Why I'm Doing This
Boxing has been my life for over thirty years. I’ve seen what it takes to build champions and what happens when the right support is missing. I’m doing this with Pro Project Promotions because I believe in developing fighters the right way. With discipline, honesty, and long term thinking. It’s about more than just winning. It’s about building complete athletes and strong individuals.
Career Highlights
As a fighter, I won the British title and challenged for world honours. But my proudest moments have come as a trainer. Leading Team GB at the Olympics, working with fighters like Carl Froch, and helping them reach world level is what defines my career. I have always focused on helping boxers reach their full potential while staying grounded.
Life After Boxing
I moved from fighting to coaching because I wanted to stay in the sport and pass on what I had learned. Over time, it became much more than a job. It became a purpose. Life after boxing has been about shaping new generations, raising standards, and helping British boxing grow across all levels. That is what drives me every day.
The Challenges I've Faced
Nothing in this sport comes easy. As a fighter, you deal with pressure, injuries, and disappointment. As a coach, the responsibility becomes even greater. There have been tough times, but I have always focused on staying consistent and thinking long term. Patience, trust, and experience have helped me through. These are the values I bring to every fighter I work with. Clear direction, honest advice, and a belief in steady progress.
