Former professional footballer turned boxer, known for his resilience, honesty, and commitment to mental strength in sport.

Why I'm Doing This

I’ve lived two careers in sport. Football gave me a strong foundation, and boxing gave me a second chance. I’m doing this because I understand what it means to fight, both in the ring and in life. With Pro Project Promotions, I want to guide fighters through the pressures that come with this game. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

Career Highlights

I spent over a decade in professional football, playing in the Premier League and scoring goals at the highest level. When I retired from football, I entered the boxing world and went unbeaten for several fights, eventually challenging for titles. Competing in two professional sports is something I’m proud of. It showed me what hard work, discipline, and self belief can really do.

Life After Boxing

Since retiring, I’ve focused on supporting others. I speak openly about mental health because I’ve been through those struggles myself. Life after boxing has given me a platform to help young athletes manage the pressure, stay grounded, and build something meaningful. Through training, mentoring, and public speaking, I stay close to the world of sport while making a real impact.

The Challenges I've Faced

I’ve battled with mental health, dealt with public pressure, and had to rebuild myself more than once. Injuries, personal struggles, and life outside the spotlight have tested me. But every challenge has shaped who I am. I use those experiences to guide others, helping them stay focused and reminding them that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. This is why I do what I do.
