Why I'm Doing This

Boxing has been a massive part of my life. I’ve lived the ups and downs, and I know how tough this sport can be. I’m doing this to give fighters the support I would have wanted when I was coming through. With Pro Project Promotions, I want to help create a better path for young talent. One that’s focused, honest, and gives them every chance to succeed.

Career Highlights

Winning the WBA super middleweight world title at Wembley was a dream come true. I fought some of the biggest names in the sport and headlined major events in front of huge crowds. From the Carl Froch fights to the World Boxing Super Series final, every moment taught me something. I always gave it everything, and I’m proud of what I achieved.

Life After Boxing

Retirement gave me time to step back and reconnect with life outside the ring. I’ve stayed involved through punditry, analysis, and mentoring. I enjoy breaking the sport down and helping others understand the craft. But more than anything, I’ve found real value in guiding fighters, being part of their journey, and using my experience in a way that matters.

The Challenges I've Faced

There were times when things did not go my way. Tough defeats, injuries, changes in teams. It was all part of the process. Mentally, the pressure to perform at the top level can take a toll. But I kept coming back, I kept learning, and I never gave up. Those challenges shaped who I am. They’ve given me the tools to help others handle the same struggles with clarity and confidence.
