Former QPR Midfielder & Pro Project Promotions Athlete

Why I'm Doing This

I have always worn my heart on my sleeve. Crunching tackles. Shouting instructions. That was me. I did not do anything quietly.

Now I want to channel that same energy into something that matters even more. This is about showing up for people who feel like no one is in their corner.

Career Highlights

I came through the ranks in London and built a career on grit, leadership and loyalty. I gave everything for every shirt I wore, and I have no regrets.

Here are the clubs I played for during my career:

  • Millwall

  • Yeovil Town

  • Queens Park Rangers

Representing QPR was special. I grew up supporting the club, and to wear that shirt and eventually captain the side meant everything to me. I also had the honour of representing Canada at international level, which was a proud moment for my family.

Life After Football

The buzz of football never really leaves you. You miss the dressing room. The laughs. The pressure.

But what I have realised is that I still have something to offer. It just looks different now. Whether I am on the touchline or in the community, I am still in the fight.

You do not need a stadium to lead. You just need the heart for it

The Challenges I Have Faced

I have had times when I felt a bit lost. When your playing days end, you suddenly have to rebuild who you are.

But I have always been a battler. I took that edge and turned it into motivation. Found new ways to help people. And that gave me a second wind.

The Support That Got Me Here

I have always had good people around me. People who told it straight and backed me when it mattered.

That kind of support is priceless. It is what I want to give to others now. No fluff. Just real help.

Why I Am Supporting Pro Project Promotions

This is real. It is not polished or fake. It is gritty, honest and full of passion. That is why I am here.

The Cause That Means So Much to Me

We are supporting Sport in Mind. They use sport to help people with mental health challenges, and that is something I care deeply about.

Sport gave me structure, strength and release. I want others to feel that too.

How You Can Get Involved

Train. Move. Talk. Share what we are doing. Tag someone who needs a bit of encouragement.

And if you are struggling, do not keep it to yourself. This movement is here for you.
