Energy. That has always been me. On the pitch. In life. I have never done anything at half speed.

Now I am putting that same energy into something new. I want to lift people up. Show them what is possible with belief.

I broke through at Bristol City and made a name for myself as a powerful, instinctive striker. From there, I played at the top level and brought my energy to every club I joined.

Life After Football

I had to rewire myself. No more Saturday matches. No more goals to chase. That left a gap.

But I filled it with purpose. Coaching. Creating. Connecting. I have still got that hunger. It is just focused in a new direction now.

There were times I felt stuck. Like the world had moved on without me.

But I found my rhythm by staying active, staying loud and staying connected. That made all the difference.

The Support That Got Me Here

Good mentors. Family. Fans who still sing my name. That love reminded me who I am.

I want to send that same love back into the world.
