I have played nearly every position in football. I adapted. I endured. I kept showing up.

Now I am using that same mindset to help others find stability and direction. That is what this is about.

Career Highlights

I was never the typical player. My strength was versatility. I played across defence, midfield and attack whenever the team needed it.

Throughout my career, I played for a number of clubs across the Premier League, Championship and beyond, including:

Life After Football

The quiet hit me. I had spent years chasing the next game. Suddenly, there was no matchday, no build-up.

But I have learned to enjoy a slower pace. I have focused on supporting younger players and coaching wherever I can.

But I have channelled that energy into helping others find their rhythm.

My teammates became brothers. That bond helped me through every phase of my career.
