Why I'm Doing This

I built my career on discipline, focus, and always giving everything for the team. I was not the loudest voice in the room, but I led by example.

Now I want to help others realise their value. Not just as athletes, but as people. This is about showing that no matter where you come from or what you have faced, you can still take control of your path.

Career Highlights

I came through the ranks at Luton Town and made my name as a defender who could lead, organise, and stay calm under pressure. I played almost 600 professional games and captained clubs at every level.

These are the clubs I played for during my career:

  • Luton Town

  • West Bromwich Albion

  • Aston Villa

  • Leicester City

  • Birmingham City

  • Hull City

  • Derby County

  • Cheltenham Town

One of the proudest moments of my career was leading Hull City out in the FA Cup Final at Wembley. I was also proud to play a key role in Derby County's fight through some incredibly tough seasons. Every appearance, every tackle, every moment was earned.

Life After Football

After retiring, I knew I still had more to give. Football gave me structure and purpose, and I wanted to carry that into something new.

Now I work in the media, in mentoring, and in spaces where I can help people navigate their own challenges, not just in sport, but in life. The game gave me so much. This is my chance to give something back.

Your career does not define you. How you carry yourself does.

The Challenges I Have Faced

Injuries, relegations, setbacks, I have seen all sides of the game. I have had to fight for my place, prove people wrong, and bounce back when things did not go to plan.

Those experiences shaped me. They made me resilient. They taught me the value of patience, perspective, and perseverance.

The Support That Got Me Here

I was lucky to have good people around me. Teammates who supported me, coaches who believed in me, and family who kept me grounded.

That support system helped me through the tough days. Now I want to be part of that for others. Someone steady in the background, reminding them they have what it takes.
