Why I'm Doing This

I have always been a quiet presence. Calm on the pitch. Measured off it. But just because I did not shout, does not mean I did not care.

Now I want to use that same calm to help others feel steady too. Life can throw you all sorts. I know what it means to need something solid to hold on to.

Career Highlights

My journey began at Port Vale before a move to Tottenham Hotspur gave me the chance to play Premier League football. I went on to represent some fantastic clubs and was proud to earn a cap for England along the way.

I played hundreds of professional matches. Every team taught me something new about the game and myself. Earning the chance to represent my country is something I will always be proud of.

Life After Football

When I finished playing, I did not rush into anything. I took time to listen, to learn, to reflect. That helped me find peace.

I still love the game, but now I am focused on the person behind the player. That is where I think I can make a difference.

The Challenges I Have Faced

Transitions are hard. You do not realise how much your identity is tied to your role.

I had to rebuild from the inside out. But that process made me stronger than ever.

The Support That Got Me Here

A few people really showed up for me. They reminded me who I was without the game.

Now I want to be that presence for others. Someone who is steady and consistent when things feel uncertain.
